General Summary

As an Entry Level Inside Sales Account Associate, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities in North America by developing, qualifying, managing net new sales opportunities utilizing appropriate resources necessary to ensure customer success. The Account Associate closely works with the Enterprise Solutions and Marketing teams while proactively interfaces with clients and prospects via telephone and email driving business opportunities to closure. The Account Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals by setting phone and on-site meetings for the Enterprise Sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop and maintain opportunities and pipeline through cold-call prospecting, leads driven via webinars, whitepapers, email promotions, tradeshows, events and web inquiries
  • Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects and opportunities
  • Preform high volume of sales cold calls to secure new business and sell services offerings
  • Processing Customer Requesting (Purchase Orders, Pricing and Availability Request)
  • Responsible for achievement of quarterly, year-to-date and annual sales goals and targets
  • Schedule qualified phone and on-site meetings for Enterprise Solutions Team
  • Accomplish target performance objectives and sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and all sales activities throughout the sales cycle with adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
  • Provide exemplary customer services/relationship management
  • Organizes and executes specialized projects such as call-out campaigns, data updates, creating presentations
  • Contribution to Enterprise Solution & Marketing Teams via clear understanding and communication of customer needs, feedback and market indicators
  • Ensure internal rules of engagement and other processes are followed at all times

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills
  • Prominent organization, presentation and time management abilities
  • Strong ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Team player with highest level of integrity
  • Proficient is MS Office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Preferred
  • Some travel may be required depending on business needs

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 0-1 year sales experience
